Is there a time limit on the lease?
No. The rental agreement is month-to-month. However, you can pay as many months in advance as you would like.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit of one month’s rent is due when you sign your lease.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card and money orders. You may mail your payment to P.O. Box 340, Portage, WI 53901. We also accept credit card payments over the phone. You may also bring your payment to our office at 916 Silver Lake Drive, Portage, WI 53901.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes. We recommend a disc lock. Only one lock is allowed per door. Keep your unit locked at all times. Your lock must be removed when you move out.
How tall/wide are your doors?
Door sizes vary by unit size and range from 4′ to 10′ wide. Our doors roll up, coiling at the top once opened, and are easy to operate.
Are the buildings climate controlled?
No. The buildings are not climate controlled.
Is there electrical power in the units?
No. There is no electricity in the storage units.
